You guys asked for it, even begged for it. It's time has arrived. After countless hours, and years of developement, Our technicians here at Boost Induction Systems have engineered a mind boggling upgrade that will leave the competition in its wake.
This brand new 47- 49cc boost bottle kit is designed for the "Mini" pocket bikes such as the one pictured below. It will bolt on directly just like a conventional boost bottle upgrade will. Our team has completely redefined and tweaked the bottle's metering system to accept the Nitrous Oxide by injection. When the NOS is triggered, the force of the compressed nitrous shot is metered for optimum performance. The metered shot will automatically give your engine only what it needs. When the NOS is shot, (By the rider's request) The pulse pulls additional 2 cycle oil from the boost bottle and pulls it into the cylinder. This adds extra lubrication needed for Nitrous applications. In older, conventional methods of Nitrous oxide for pocket bikes, it was shot into the air filter. This was a very uncoventional approach as over 60% of the NOS was thinned out by the engines incoming air supply and most of it escaped out of the sides of the pancake filter. The way this kit is setup, is it enters the bottles metering chamber, passes through and enters the manifold BEHIND the carburetor. This "Breach" avoids the hassles of troublesome carburetor adjustments such as being forced to run a rich jet adjustment. This kit is both a BOOST BOTTLE AND A NOS KIT!!! 2 in 1! Save time and money! Only the NOS trigger has to be refilled. (This takes about 20-30 seconds)The Nitrous tanks are disposable, and are used once. No refilling, no hassles. Simply replace with a fresh tank each time. Personal note from Jason at Boost induction Systems: This kit is sick. Once I hit the NOS on our stock Giovanni test bike, the front tire immediatly lifted off the ground. This Kit will fit:
CAG's, Giovanni, Rossini, velocita, M3, Zemini, Daytona, Agiano, F3's, etc... It will bolt on directly. Generally all of the mini bikes such as the ones listed above, have a 47- 49cc Black and gray side mounted engine with a 4-bolt manifold. Please verify your bike has this manifold to ensure a proper fit. Most likely, your bike has this manifold.
